Inspired (and pushed) by SG, I’ve finally decided to start writing weekly notes. Thank you, SG, for the nudge.
Every week I’ll cover:
- Health
- Learning
- Work
- Brain Motivation
- A line from a book
- A song I’m listening to
- A poem by me
This is my way of pausing, reflecting, and keeping track of where my energy is going.
Health 🫀
This week wasn’t great on the health side. I ate too much Maggi and outside food, and my diet completely slipped. Sleep was inconsistent too — partly because of a sinus issue I had for two days, and partly because of the heavy load of deliveries that kept me awake at odd hours.
If I had to rate my health this week, it would be a 0
But there’s one positive: I started meditating again. The first 15 minutes of my day, right after waking up, are now spent in quiet meditation. I’ve started to love that time.
Learning 📚
Two lessons stood out this week.
The first came from David Goggins:
“There’s a big difference between speaking motivation and doing motivation.”
It’s not always about big speeches or plans sometimes
The second was more personal. I realized we often project our internal problems onto the outside world. For example, we might complain that “the chair isn’t right” or “the setup isn’t perfect,” when in reality the issue lies within us. The lesson? Don’t shed internal struggles onto external objects. Learn to face them inwardly. I’ve been reminded of this again and again, and slowly I’m adapting to it.
Work 🎬
Work was fairly normal but had some exciting moments. I spent time building a personal branding calendar, recorded some voiceovers (which I’m excited to release soon), and experimented with AI tools. One highlight was building a HeyGen character and syncing audio with it — the things happening in AI right now feel crazy, and I’m doing my best to stay connected and updated.
Yeah! I remeber my 5-minute conversation with Gaur Gopal Das. In very simple words, he said: “AI is made to be a companion not as a competition” That struck me. Even something as small as setting a reminder shows how AI can integrate seamlessly into our daily lives. It really feels like we are living through a transitional period where adaptation is key.
Brain Motivation 🧠
A thought that stayed with me from naval this week:

Another reminder I kept coming back to: “It’s you who makes the decision.”
Interestingly, if I had started writing these notes a month ago, I’d probably be writing the same line. This lesson keeps repeating itself in different ways, and maybe that’s the point — it’s something to internalize, not just note down.
A Book Page Marked 📖
Six months ago, I promised SG that I would read the SoG Letters. I finally began this week (sorry it took so long, SG).
The first letter I read led me to Seth Godin’s blog on Inventing a Tribe. The line that stayed with me was about the essence of building and adapting with people before it’s too late. I loved that — the reminder that real value comes from community, from tribes, from shared creation.
Song on Repeat 🎵
This week’s soundtrack has been Fall for you – Cover – Russ. There’s always a song that plays in the background of my week, and this one just clicked with my mood.
A Poem by Me ✒️
Besides video editing, I’ve always loved writing. Here’s an old poem from my notebook — not written this week, but worth sharing:

It feels good to return to words like these. They remind me that creativity isn’t limited to one medium.
Closing Thoughts
That’s it for this week’s notes. A messy week on health, a strong week for learning, and a good balance of work and reflection. Writing these notes already feels valuable like a mirror I’ve been missing.
PS: This blog grammer is corrected by MIRA ( ChatGpt Assistant ), My first time to post. 😉
Let me know how I can make this better.
